Good points - size, foldable, rear rack, integrated lights, 3 speed gears, adjustable ride position
Less good points - maybe just me but I needed to replace the seat for “comfy” version as uncomfortable especially as the bikes transmits a fair amount of bumps, I had difficulty securing the battery tightly and kept slipping down, installation instructions appeared not to be up dated for ultra model, only way to get customer service appears to be by email or WhatsApp

Once the throttle arrived from China, it was easy to fit. Not quite so easy to 'activate' but with the help of ADO Support and YouTube it was soon sorted and works great.

Magnetic lock is the only poor part - just not strong enough.
The assembly instructions were not up to date and there was nothing to say there was a switch for the battery actually on the battery. Took a lont time to figure out why it was not switching on.
The ADO Air 20 is a wonderful ride. I was concerned with the long delay in delivery time. However, communication via WhatsApp kept me informed. I was offered a free helmet & mobile holder for waiting, but they have not arrived. The ebike is however amazing and has proved a great asset. My regular seafront run, especially on the return journey against high winds had become less enjoyable with my old bike. With my new ADO the journey feels like the wind is always behind me with the auto gearing and assist options. Very happy with the bike, but where is my promised helmet and phone holder I wonder?
It simply does not work. If the front wheel catches on anything or you lift by the front wheel it comes loose. I ended up having to use a piece of string to tie the front wheel in place.
Great storage and carry bag! Perfect size for ADO Air 20 Pro / Ultra. Very strong handles too. Ideal for car boot storage and keeping the Air 20 out of sight on public transport. Packs neatly and easily into its built in soft case that fits on the rear rack perfectly. Strongly recommend it.
Great all round foldable bike…the only surprise was the weight, surprisingly heavy for a small bike.
The bike rides well and has the right amount of power from the motor to make hills easier. The bike is pretty heavy which is manageable when unfolded, but when folded it is pretty hard to carry and not particularly small. Having said that I really enjoy riding the bike and would recommend to anyone that is thinking of an electric folding bike.
Seems very well made and overall I am happy. I wish it had some form of rear suspension and that the usb c port under the display was a power outlet to charge a mobile phone.
Brilliant bit of kit. Gives me extra 20 miles on Eco 1 and 15 miles on Sport in mixed terrain. Also love the fact I can use it as a massive power bank with the USB charging port

Decided on an electric bike, but so many tlchose from. Decided on the Ado20pro after reading so many positive reviews.
Must say, I’m not disillusioned with my choice, it’s a great bike, far exceeding my expectations, and it’s such a pleasure to ride.
Highly recommended.
Solved a problem but could do with magnet
I'm very impressed with the ADO Air 28. It is sturdy, yet light enough to carry easily. It is great for getting around town and makes climbing hills easy. It feels much safer to ride than the ADO 20eBike which I had previously.
Got the wrong bike initially but your customer services sorted it out for me quickly. The bike was easy to assemble and has been great to ride!
My first bike in 20 years and having that added power, helping me up the slopes is a godsend. Slightly uncomfortable bike to ride as it's length is short,I'm 5'11.Everyone likes the look and all my family want one now!!
