The carbon belt is designed to last thousands of miles without ever needing lubrication, and it will never rust or leave grease marks on your legs. It's definitely a premium upgrade over a standard chain, but we believe the quiet, clean, and maintenance-free ride makes it a very worthwhile investment.

Haven't been fitted my bike has a electrical problem and most bike mechanics won't even look at it I found one that will look so fingers crossed if he can't repair this I will scrap this 3 year old bike and purchase a brand that can be repaired but back light does work
The bag is good and sturdy, and makes the bike much more manageable for transporting in a vehicle while keeping things clean and tidy. Worth having.

Wasn’t sure what this was going to be like, but offered free with dual bike purchase. It’s absolutely brilliant! I keep my ruc sac and water bottle in it, it clips off and on when you want so you can take it inside with you or use it to put your shopping in whilst you shop! The basket locks in place no there is no chance it will fall off. It suits the bike [ we have both blue and grey it suits both) I use mine every ride whilst my husband has the attachment on but uses it when needed. A must for the ADO Air pro 20!

As much as I'm impressed with the bike, performance handling etc, I do find it rather heavy, heavier than expected. Maybe because I'm 75 and not as strong now. Also the magnet to hold the bike together in the folded position could be stronger as it doesn't hold too well. Which is a shame as wheeling along folded is very handy, saves carrying it.
Absolutely love the bike and so easy to ride, but the instructions were not easy to follow and the rack was missing so had to be sent separately and no instructions on fitting.

We now have the blue and grey! Excellent bikes we purchased to take on holiday and to ride around here. Solid, suspension is a godsend and I now wouldn’t be without it on a bike. Battery holds charge well, edifice you don’t link to Bluetooth! App to be honest is a waste of time. Bike however makes up for that tenfold. Easy to charge and store, all in all well worth the price and a 6 foot male and 5 foot 2 female both love these bikes. The pedal assist is just brilliant and helps with those hills.

Really nice to ride and good when I got used to the assist. There is a bit of a sticky point at about 25 km/h where it feels as though it is suppressing my progress but overall it is really helpful.
The bike feels a bit heavier than I thought it was going to be so I won't be carrying it any where.

Regarding the resistance or 'sticky point' around 25 km/h, please note that this is due to local legal regulations (such as EPAC standards), which require the motor assist to safely disengage at that speed. We understand how this transition can feel and appreciate your observation.
Additionally, we note your comment regarding the weight. Due to the battery, motor, and reinforced frame structure, folding e-bikes naturally carry some extra weight compared to traditional bicycles, which can make frequent carrying challenging.

This bike changed my life completely.
Really impressed. Used for first time in New Forest over rough tracks and excellent ride, easy control, and made hills (but only small ones so far) easy. Belt driven so no oil which is a bonus when being carried/transported.
Inbuilt lights, stand, bell and back pannier as standard. Folds up easily and quickly.
5 star once assembled but I have deducted one star for set-up. It took some effort assembling the first bike but second was quick and easy. A QR Code to an official video would help. Similarly a link to a video on how to use the controller and access sport mode would help as well as one on general usage. All available on YouTube but have to search for and within videos.
Bike has a AQS mount on front but few Ado AQS accessories as of yet.
I hoped to write a good review on this great looking bike. Unfortunately I have had reliability issues on more than one occasion. Customer service have been really good in terms of sending new parts but fixing the electrics on the bike were not what I expected to have to do after owning for one year.
A lot of the reviews seem to be positive but apart from customer service who have been supportive there are very few positives about this bike which I now regret buying. Hopefully other people are having a different experience to me.

I have only given my bike four stars, this is a shame as it is extremely well made and great quality. The problem I have with it is the auto gear changes, when approaching a slight hill or a very short steep incline, you start to peddle a little harder to get up speed to go up the incline, just at the wrong point it changes gear making it much harder to pedal, the exact opposite of what you need. By stopping peddling for a short time and dropping speed you can make it change to the right gear but this is often too late. I did not notice this issue when I test rode the bike. Other than this issue, it's great fun to ride, on the flat the bike is perfect. I have been riding eBikes for about eight years, so it's not because I am new to it. I still love the bike and look forward to lots of fun rides. The other issue is with their app. At least for Android it is very bad, buttons in the wrong place which get mixed with the back and home buttons of the phone. The mileage the app records does not match the bike. I tried to install a bike battery update that it suggested but it kept failing, telling me to restart the app. Not a good experience. I did not buy the bike for the app but it was a consideration that has turned out to be disappointing. For quality of manufacture and parts it can not be faulted. I hope they can sort these issues out and issue an update that will work that could help the gear change issue in the future, then it would be Five Stars all the way.

We see your point: given the removable seat post battery design, an integrated lock feels like a standard necessity for unattended parking. Right now, it is sold separately so that riders who only store their bikes indoors do not have to pay for extra hardware they won't use.
That said, your feedback on standard vs. optional equipment is valuable. We have passed this directly to our product team as we review our included accessories and pricing structure for future models.
Great bike. I needed a folding bike to take in our motorhome. Having a belt rather than a chain helps to stop getting greasy marks on things. The electric motor is powerful and smooth gear changes when adjusted to 5 steps which are easy to control on the control panel on the handlebars.
