Solved a problem but could do with magnet

I'm very impressed with the ADO Air 28. It is sturdy, yet light enough to carry easily. It is great for getting around town and makes climbing hills easy. It feels much safer to ride than the ADO 20eBike which I had previously.

Got the wrong bike initially but your customer services sorted it out for me quickly. The bike was easy to assemble and has been great to ride!

My first bike in 20 years and having that added power, helping me up the slopes is a godsend. Slightly uncomfortable bike to ride as it's length is short,I'm 5'11.Everyone likes the look and all my family want one now!!

Tjhe video tutorial it was not helped too much. I had to sent email and then they sent me another video that it helped.

Have not used yet not sure if it's practical unless you wish to store e bike for some time.

The quality of the frame and components is clear . Calling it lightweight is maybe a stretch. For me the saddle was unusable and was replaced straight away. Unlike all of the bulky fat tyre bikes, the Air 20 Pro can be comfortably pedalled home in the unlikely event that the battery runs flat. The control setting up instructions were pathetic but a few online searches answered all my queries. The pick up from rest, the gearing and degree of assistance is perfect.

Would had given it 5stars if I had received both throttle controls instead of only one

I love this bike it's brilliant in every way

Upside is the bike is fun to ride and looks cool. The downside is long delay in delivery with no exact date given, instructions are pretty vague on how to build the bike . It takes a bit of skill to use the automatic gearing. Saddle is ok, I have already replaced the grips as seriously uncomfortable.

Great wee bike didnt take long to get the hang of it light weight to to put in the moterhome.

After having previously owned an A20F, I knew what to expect with the ADO brand; great quality, great functionality, and great value for money. The A20 air does not disappoint. It's much lighter, easier to fold and a great looking bike. The range is fantastic, and can mostly be used in the first assist mode. There's some great design touches; I love the battery in the seat post, the carbon drive belt and the gearless torque motor. This is on the whole a fantastic bike and I would recommend it without reservation.

So impressed with these bikes. The quality of the build, features, and the way they ride is amazing. I did a lot of research on various makes before buying and I'm so glad we went with these.

This fits perfectly and looks and feels great.

The basket is cool and easy to attach/detach. Nice to bring to a shop and reattach to the bike after shopping.
I still have to test it with rain. If it's waterproof, I think it might benefit from a couple of drainage holes at the bottom.

Great bike, but I wished there was an option to access the electric part of the bike without pedaling, for when my legs are tired.

This bike's performance is excellent.
The second gear kicks in seamlessly. I have tried the assist modes and find the eco setting more than adequate for general bike rides.
The battery gives me confidence to explore as it has such a good range.
I love the no grease belt drive, especially as putting the bike in the book doesn't cause a mess.
I am only 5 feet tall and impressed how this bike is suitable for me. I have always struggled with bikes that don't account for shorter people!
I can't fault the Air 20 Pro (2-Speed) / Grey.
After three rides out I am delighted with it.

This bike is excellently engineered. It arrived thoughtfully packed and assembly was easy with great instructions. The rear indicators and front suspension make for safe and comfortable riding and the automatic gears have got me up the steepest hill without problems. Much lighter than my previous folding bike, the carbon belt is easy to maintain. It folds down quickly once you get used to it, and the lock on the battery post makes it secure when shopping etc. Bought some panniers for the rear rack - this comes as standard rather than an optional extra. The only downside for me was I was under the impression that the order came with a free gift, which I did not receive. However, I can recommend this bike. It is smooth, stylish and more powerful than my previous bike. Great value.
