Air Carbon is a lightweight, single-speed bike for simple daily riding (250W / 35Nm).
Air Carbon Pro upgrades to an auto dual-speed system with stronger torque (250W / 50Nm), lighter weight, and NFC unlock for a smarter, easier ride.
After purchasing the voucher, how do I use it to buy Air Carbon Pro?
If you purchased our expansion voucher between April 20th and May 6th, you will receive a discount code for 200 GBP.
After the Air Carbon Pro is released on May 6th, simply place your order and apply the discount code to activate it.
Can I share my discount code with other people?
Yes, if you purchase a expansion voucher, you can share the discount code with other people. Note that each discount code can only be used once and will expire afterward.
Does it support installment payments?
For customers in the United Kingdom, installment payments are supported through PayPal and Klarna.
Can I return or exchange my e-bike in the UK?
Yes, UK customers can request a replacement or repair for manufacturing defects under the warranty period. Accidental damage, misuse, or wear-and-tear items (like tires or brake pads) are not covered.
