Share Your Journey

1. Eligibility

The ADO “Share Your Journey” Program is open to ADO E-BIKE riders.

2. How to Participate

To participate, share an original photo, video, or story featuring your ADO E-BIKE or your riding experience.

To enter:

1. Post your story on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #adoebikestory.
2. Send us the link to your post via DM or email to the official ADO E-BIKE team.
3. Make sure your post is publicly visible so that we can verify your entry.

For social media entries, you must provide the post link or your contact details via DM or email so that ADO can verify your entry and issue any applicable reward.

3. Content Requirements

All submitted content must meet the following requirements:

• The content must be original and created by you.
• The content must not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• You must have permission from anyone identifiable in your content.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any music, images, video footage, or other materials used in your submission can legally be shared with ADO.
• Content that is inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, or unrelated to the ADO E-BIKE experience may not be eligible.

5. Content Usage

By submitting content to the Share Your Journey Program, you grant ADO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, edit, publish, and share your submitted content.

This licence applies to ADO's:

• Website
• Social media channels
• Marketing materials
• Other promotional communications

Where appropriate, ADO will credit you using your name or social media handle.

6. Verification and Reward Issuance

ADO will verify submissions before issuing any rewards.

We may request additional information to confirm your eligibility and process your reward.

You will generally be contacted via private message or email. Details regarding reward issuance and, where applicable, voucher validity will be provided when your reward is issued.

7. Disqualification

ADO reserves the right to disqualify any submission that:

• Breaches these Terms & Conditions;
• Contains inappropriate or unlawful content;
• Infringes any third-party rights;
• Contains fraudulent or misleading information; or
• Involves artificially generated, paid, or otherwise manipulated engagement.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with the program will be processed in accordance with ADO's Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Program

ADO reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program or these Terms & Conditions where necessary for legal, technical, or operational reasons.

Any material changes affecting participation or advertised rewards will be communicated clearly to participants.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

The Share Your Journey Program is independently operated by ADO E-BIKE.

This program is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook .
