How do AQS MAG accessories secure in place?
AQS MAG uses a smart dual-locking mechanism: Magnetic Alignment + Mechanical Locking.
First, strong magnets automatically guide the accessory into the exact position on the mount—no need to aim.
Once aligned, a mechanical locking pin instantly snaps into place, ensuring a rock-solid hold even on bumpy roads. To remove it, simply press the release button to unlock and lift it off.
What is the warranty policy for AQS MAG accessories?
For quality defects caused by non-human factors, we offer a limited warranty. All claims are subject to inspection and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Can I use AQS MAG accessories on e-bikes from other brands?
Yes! The AQS MAG system features a universal mount adapter designed to fit handlebars and seatposts with diameters ranging from 22.4mm to 33mm. This means it works seamlessly with most e-bikes and standard bicycles on the market, not just ADO models.
Are the magnetic mounts secure over bumpy roads?
Absolutely. The AQS MAG system uses magnetic alignment combined with a mechanical locking pin. Once snapped in, the physical lock secures the accessory tightly, preventing it from rattling or falling off.
How do I attach the AQS MAG base to my bike?
It’s completely tool-free! The base mount comes with a secure, adjustable strap/mechanism that easily attaches to your bike frame or handlebar. You can install, adjust, or transfer it to another bike in seconds.
Are the AQS MAG bags and mounts waterproof?
The mounts are built with rust-resistant, weather-proof materials. The bags (like the Frame Bag and Saddle Bag) are made from water-resistant materials to protect your essentials from light rain and splashes.
However, they are not designed for full submersion or heavy downpours.
Do I need to buy the mount base separately for each accessory?
No, you only need one base mount per bike. Once the base is installed on your bike, you can purchase multiple accessories (bottles, bags, phone slings) and swap them out on the same base whenever you want.
