Does the ADO Air 20s comply with UK road regulations?
Yes. The ADO Air 20s complies with UK EAPC (Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle) regulations, including the 250W motor limit and 25km/h assisted speed limit. This means no driving licence, registration, road tax, or mandatory insurance is required, and it can legally use cycle lanes and bike tracks in the UK.
How long is the warranty period?
For bike frame, 5 years warranty; For controllers, motors, batteries, forks, head tubes, handlebars, chargers, pedals, flywheels, chainstays: 12 months warranty. Should you encounter some production related manufacturer’s defect during this period, we will take care of it according to our warranty.
Yes. You can return the e-bike to the location provided by our after-sales customer service team. Refunds will be issued as long as the e-bike is returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, and in its original packaging.
Is it possible to change the speed of the Air 20S?
ADO Air 20s has a single gear. However, you can choose to use 3 levels of electrical power to assist your ride. Besides, ADO Air 20s is equipped with a smart torque sensor system that provides you immediate power assistance according to terrain. In this case, even if you ride or start the ride on an incline, you will get the assistance you need immediately even with a single gear.
What are the differences between the Air 20 s and Air 20 Pro?
The Air 20 Pro comes with a premium BAFANG 2-speed auto-shift motor. The Air 20S is slightly lighter and features an single speed motor, making it a more lightweight and practical choice for daily commuting.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?

A great bike for commuting. I found a few tiny faults. The break cable plastic stopper bear handle bar. Cracked. And the bolt where you fold the bike in the middle tends to slip out. Beside that, its a great bike

I'm really pleased with the build quality
I'm really pleased with the build quality. Everything from frame to levers are well designed and solid. The installation instructions hadn't beenupdsted for the 2026 series but a little common sense and it was straightforwardto assemble. Personally I prefer using the electronic 6 speed option the display settings. A stand to slot into the frame when you take the seat post out would be very useful! Very happy with the battery range. A good buy highly recommend.

Responsive, Smooth and Very enjoyable!
My wife and I have owned folding bikes previously(albeit cheaper) and wasn’t particularly impressed at all. I’m a keen road cyclist and viewed the folding bikes through a different lens - bought for camping trips. So,a lot of research before purchase but somewhat apprehensive!
We bought air pro ultra(2026) for each other and I need not have worried. Wow! no oil or grease to keep off clothes and a drive train that doesn’t intrude into our adventures.
