This bike's performance is excellent.
The second gear kicks in seamlessly. I have tried the assist modes and find the eco setting more than adequate for general bike rides.
The battery gives me confidence to explore as it has such a good range.
I love the no grease belt drive, especially as putting the bike in the book doesn't cause a mess.
I am only 5 feet tall and impressed how this bike is suitable for me. I have always struggled with bikes that don't account for shorter people!
I can't fault the Air 20 Pro (2-Speed) / Grey.

This bike is excellently engineered. It arrived thoughtfully packed and assembly was easy with great instructions. The rear indicators and front suspension make for safe and comfortable riding and the automatic gears have got me up the steepest hill without problems. Much lighter than my previous folding bike, the carbon belt is easy to maintain. It folds down quickly once you get used to it, and the lock on the battery post makes it secure when shopping etc. Bought some panniers for the rear rack - this comes as standard rather than an optional extra. The only downside for me was I was under the impression that the order came with a free gift, which I did not receive. However, I can recommend this bike. It is smooth, stylish and more powerful than my previous bike. Great value.

I was worried that getting spare parts for my ADO 20 pro was going to be a problem. In the event.. it took about a week and the parts arrived from China. I was impressed and continue to enjoy the ADOexperience! Thank you.

Love the bike, after coming from a normal push bike. I sis feel like I'm cheating as not feeling the leg work any more but I've found i can ride this bike without assist. So I feel a bit healthier.on the strong wind days I can kick in the assist. Enjoying my bike so far.
great piece of kit my wife has a powerd wheelchair so now i can keep up with her.realy pleased i wouldrecomend this product
I'm really pleased with my new brake. it straight forward to install once i had worked out that you had to remove the cap at the end of of cable before installing it to the lever + olive. the cable threaded through the frame very easy once pull the controlling out of the frame. If anyone else is installing a new rear brakes. make sure you remove the cable ties and disconnect the motor cable as you won't be able to move the controller. ADO customer service are also very supportive if you need help

The storage bag for the ADO 20 Air Ultra is great, even better that it was on offer for free at the time I ordered my e-bike! I love both; yet to use the storage bag but I'm sure it'll come in handy once I start travelling with my e-bike... thank you ADO :)

I was amazed at the beautiful design and attention to detail in manufacture,
Everything fitted, brakes were light to operate and efficient, The novel power feed (the harder you pedal the more assistance adds in). the beautiful frame jointing and most important of all - for an ebike it was light enough to fold and load into my car without straining, and with loads of room. I should have got 2!
I love my bike! So easy to assemble and fold. It's not that heavy too. Very responsive when you put pressure on the pedals
Don't know what use it is really. Got it free with the bike and can't see me using it.
Ordered 2 ADO Air Ultras and bags. Delivered promptly with excellent packaging and understandable instructions. Easy to assemble, beautifully presented and fun and easy to ride and fold. First class.
Fabulous, love the bike and ADO customer service is great
Great bike even for a chunky chappie like me. The instructions could be a bit better, as they didnt quite match how the bike was configured in the box. I couldn't get the handlebar downtube into the bike with the bike locked open, I had to unlock it, fold it, and then get the downtube in.
